The building will be erected on plot Z-37 of the Parque Ofimático. Taking advantage of the fact that the building will not occupy the entire plot, a green area will be installed on the façade, where trees and other autochthonous plants will be planted and watered by means of a rainwater harvesting system. In addition, each homeowner will have a two-square-metre urban vegetable garden on the roof.

The dwellings will have two or three bedrooms and will face two streets. Most have terraces and there will be two flats adapted for people with reduced mobility. A bicycle parking area and a small garden square are also included.
