When experience becomes success
In 1994, Ángel Sánchez-Toscano Rial, founding CEO of TOSCARIA begins to work at FCC Construcción. Subsequently his path takes him to the technical department of the Port Authority of A Coruña, but it is not until his return to FCC Construcción, as Head of the Contracting Department of Galicia, when the idea of creating TOSCARIA starts to take shape.
After more than 3 years as Head of Contracting for FCC Construcción in Austria and Germany (ALPINE), developing numerous tenders and, at this moment with more than 15 years of experience in the area of contracting and tenders, in 2017 he decides, already as TOSCARIA, to support companies with interests in the infrastructure sector, with an emphasis on bidding processes and increasing their project´s portfolio.
For this reason, TOSCARIA collaborates on behalf on construction companies, preparing technical proposals of their bids, as well as in the advice and management of the risks arising from new contracts, in the making of claims and in the justification of the submitted bids.
We work tirelessly to win new contracts, new projects, always with one objective in mind… the award of the contract.

That is why we develop external actions without business interest with great value for the support of social projects such as sports sponsorship. In TOSCARIA we want to use sports as a vehicle for raising social awareness. By this way, we contribute to the progress of people and society through sports sponsorships that support amateur, women and youth sports daily, associating our name with positive values such as effort, self-improvement and competitiveness. TOSCARIA is proud enought to support the CRAT, the Rugby team of A Coruña, in its struggle to advance step by step!
